I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I purchased my DNA sample kit in August 2024, and as of today, December 27, the status still shows “sample received.” That’s over four months of waiting with no progress or meaningful updates.

I’ve sent multiple emails and received no response. When I tried calling customer service, they completely ignored my concerns and provided no resolution. The lack of professionalism, efficiency, and accountability is appalling, especially for something as important as DNA processing. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

After years of paying, researching and attaching documents to my tree,  and I reiterate years of paying, I decided I can no longer continue to pay. As a result, I can no longer access much of the documentation I attached. IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!
I get emails telling me that they have information on a member in my tree but when I go to look I hit a pay wall.
