Nach der Testphase wollte ich die App kündigen. über Profil auf der Webseite immer Fehler. Dann Mail an support, nie Antwort bekommen… heute abgebucht. wieder Mail
an support… bisher wieder nix…
warum werden Testphasen kostenfrei angeboten, wenn man solche Schwierigkeiten hat sie zu kündigen?

### *---- "Enttäuscht"
Ich nutze Ancestry schon seit fast 10 Jahren und es war meine Lieblingsapp neben anderen Family Tree/Ahnenforschungsapps. Allerdings hat die App seit einiger Zeit stark nachgelassen, da viele Dinge, die früher kostenlos und inklusive bei bspw. DNA waren, jetzt Geld kosten und das nicht wenig (Aufschlüsselung nach Elternteil, etc.). Ohne diese Funktionen ist die App quasi nutzlos. 
Seit Neustem wurde jetzt auch noch mein Stammbaum anders sortiert und Geschwister werden nun in alphabetischer Reihenfolge angezeigt und nicht mehr nach Alter und ich kann diese Funktion nicht mehr umstellen. Daneben wird das Alter neuerdings bei lebenden Personen nur noch nach den Geburtsjahren gerechnet und nicht mehr nach den Geburtstag (bspw wenn eine Person im Juli 2000 geboren, ist sie jetzt schon 25 und nicht erst im Juli) - falsch rechnen kann ich auch ohne der Hilfe einer App. 
Leider ein unglaubliches Downgrade.

### ***-- "Keine Darstellung der Geburts-und Todesdaten in der Grafik"
Seit geraumer Zeit erfolgt keine Synchronisation der Geburten Todesdaten in der grafischen Darstellung.
Ich beziehe mich hier auf die mobile App unter iOS.
Das ist sehr frustrierend!
Die Darstellung und Wiedergabe der Daten auf dem Tisch-Rechner ist wie gehabt in Ordnung.
Ich bitte zeitnah um Abhilfe.

### *---- "Datum Geboren und verstorben nicht mehr in der Front sichtbar"
Ancestry war bisher meine Lieblingsapp. Doch jetzt sind die Geburts- und Todesdaten nicht mehr in der Frontansicht sichtbar, sondern nur, wenn man jede einzelne Person anklickt. Für mich ist die App so nicht mehr zu gebrauchen und einfach nur nervig. Ich habe die App bereits gelöscht und neu installiert, doch danach waren bei mehreren Personen sogar die Daten verschwunden. Es ist unglaublich frustrierend, jedes Mal jede Person einzeln öffnen zu müssen, nur um grundlegende Informationen wie Geburts- und Sterbedaten zu sehen. Sehr enttäuschend!
Ob mir noch mehr nicht gefällt, kann ich nicht sagen - ich habe  keine Lust mehr, auf Entdeckungsreise zu gehen.

Ich habe die App jetzt schon ein paar Monate und finde sie sehr gut. Auch meine DNA passt zu den Daten die ich von meinem Stammbaum habe. Leider kann ich mich nicht als Mitglied registrieren. Entweder geht der Button nicht oder ich weiss es auch nicht. Ich habe die App auch Aktualisiert aber funktioniert noch immer nicht.Liebes Support-Team, woran liegt es das ich mich nicht als Mitglied anmelden kann (6 Monate für 16.95€) ?
