Most useless app ever
Don’t bother, doesn’t work as described and is just a means of ancestry trying to get you to speed more money
Top Notch Site
Highly recommend this site to anyone interested in learning more about themselves and celebrating who they are.
Difficult to use
As a new user it is tempting to just go back to paper when you have messages from Ancestry tips stating that if you don’t accept this tip now you will never get access to it again. Not helpful when so many similar names, and errors. As a paying subscriber I would suggest a more flexible system, one that allows for easier use.
Confusing
Just down loaded the app and find it difficult to navigate.

Good app but there could be some features like what the desktop has and then would be even better
Buggy and costly
Latest mobile version as of March 2024 full of annoying bugs. Too many to list. Paywalls everywhere even for those who’ve paid for DNA tests long ago. Through Lines and other DNA search tools now behind a paywall.
Ui is great but each update more restrictive
The app is most powerful for subscribers but access is tighter after each update for free members the had a DNA test done. It still allows tree navigation but looking at matches is almost useless. Updates focus on allowing you to upload richer information that they then can sell to other members.
Can be expensive
I’m enjoying the interesting content, but put off by the constant reminders for more investment.
Family tree
Great to record so many connections for future generations.
