Can’t log in
I dL app and can’t even create new account, app totally bugged
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work at all. Lost my tree and media
Unable to sign on iOS; no way to export data properly
I cannot sign in into the app. Even with a VPN. And in the web version, photos do not display unless you are using a VPN. The rest of the service I love. I’m just scared a bit it might break completely one day and all my work will be gone. The website only lets you export a small portion of the information. 1 star because as of right now the app doesn’t work at all.
Broken app
Since January I can’t login into the app. The only result I get is “Uh oh, something went wrong”. Support team knows about this issue but did nothing to fix it. So I’ve switched to a much better app called Family Tree 9.
