I am beyond disappointed with this app. How or why Apple would continue to have this app available is beyond me. Maybe they get a kick back? Back in mid 2021 I made 3 separate purchases. My first 2 went through without a hitch. No issues. The 3rd however is where the problem started. Made a $50 purchase and all though the crypto was added to my account the funding stalled. I tried several times to pay the negative balance to bring the account up to date with zero luck. I contacted support and I was told they were having issues so I just forgot about it. Now after two plus years I still can’t fund the account even after jumping through all their verification hoops. Customer support stated to sell crypto so I could fund the negative balance on the account which is fine but it won’t allow me to sell either so I’m basically stuck. Luckily I didn’t invest much but I still lost $65 after funding if that were even possible. FIND A BETTER WAY TO BLOW YOUR MONEY!! Skip this app 100%

They’ve had my money locked up for two years. They won’t contact me back for support. They’d rather me just have my money sitting in there. The money I’ve made 100x that amount since they took it. But it’s been years and after multiple attempts to get my money back for years straight. They can have the couple hundred that they stole from me. But I am also contacting lawyers. If anyone else has been scammed by them, just look out for a class action. But don’t put your money here. Plenty of other investment apps that actually care and will contact you if you need help. Just to clairify I can access my account. But can’t move or buy or send any funds. Not worth it.

Due to their terrible system my attempt to purchase crypto failed. Now almost 3 YEARS later they are saying I owe them the crypto that is worth thousands of dollar more now. My account has a negative balance and they never even contacted me about it over 3 years!! I just happened to check the app one day because I was deleting apps off my phone. STAY AWAY

Been trying for 2days to withdraw funds but it just hangs. Eventually having to cancel withdrawal. Been a customer since 2021. Please help.

Didn't even get as far to verify phone number. Never sent me the text.

I tried withdrawing my money several times an every transaction gets reversed. I am unable to make bitcoin withdrawals either this is my worst experience dealing with a cryptocurrency app I hate this app. I want my money off this platform immediately.

I used this app about three years ago, and have been holding assets passively ever since then. Just now logged in today to find several of my bank deposits ‘invalidated’(??? I never received any refunds to my debit account, so I’d love to know where the money went), and one of my coins are now showing in the negative, as far as I can tell they quite literally just stole coin from me, and are making me zero out the balance in order to withdraw the rest of my money, which I’m doing immediately, then removing all of my banking info from this app. Use something reputable.

DYOR before downloading this app. Support is almost non existent and the team is hardly ever active on socials. Solvency is a big question mark

My Account is verified as the app said, and I deposited money and until now my funds not available yet, and I don’t recommend others peoples to waste their time and money to this app. I’m going trough it and I hope you understand to not go trough this type of things on your side. I email the customer service since they don’t have a phone number and no replied. It’s very disappointed having this app on the market for real. It should be banned!

I sold bitcoin about 2 years ago now. It said there was a problem transferring my money to my bank account (but it had no issue taking my money with the same info) my bank said they had no record of anything pending so I emailed them they took about a month to respond and said they would look into it. I replied saying to keep me updated. 2 months after that they said they would contact someone in their transfers department. I emailed them a few more times in between with no replies. They contacted me 6 months later saying they are still looking into it and haven’t replied to any more emails. I just recently downloaded the app again to see if anything changed but my money is still stolen and their “contact us” on the app doesn’t even work anymore.
