Advanced users can also input exact coordinates. DEFINE THE SAFE ZONE Define the allowed swing area as a simple circle around the anchor, or create a more precise zone by setting two different radii at specific angles. MONITOR MOVEMENT Stay on top of every movement with comprehensive real-time data. Review key metrics on the main screen or switch to the map view to see your boat's track — ideal for analyzing whether your anchor is holding or dragging. GET ALERTED WHEN IT MATTERS Monitor position, GPS signal strength, and battery level — and receive alerts the moment any of these fall outside your set thresholds. REMOTE ALERTS Leave your phone on board and stay informed from shore. Receive alarm notifications via Telegram or email. With Telegram, you can also request a live status update at any time. APPLE WATCH Keep distance, bearing, and battery level on your wrist with the Apple Watch companion app — all updated in real time. TRY ANCHOR PRO FOR FREE Core features are always free. Well worth the cost. -- scghnvxfhv, 2025-10-24 ### **--- "Ok but reply’s on location services" Ok but goes off randomly if you have Starlink. App uses location services instead of devices gps signal. -- Scu_man, 2025-10-19 ### ***** "Anchor Pro is great!" Update: we have been using Anchor Pro since we moved aboard 5+ years ago and it is wonderful. Highly recommend. I have been using the app since we moved aboard about 2 years ago. I love the improvements especially the ability to use a previous anchor and then view the last 24 hours for the many times I have erroneously shut down the program. I have a much easier time sleeping knowing that this alarm will alert me if we are dragging. I highly recommend this and it even works out of cell range since it works on GPS and not cell or wifi service. Highly recommend and very affordable. -- mermaidmonica, 2025-10-14 ### *---- "Price increase" Yes this a good app. Yes it is a necessary tool. However it is not perfect and no work has been done to improve it. So I find the process increase despicable. In times when everything has increased in price. You also jump on the bandwagon. I will be finding a new app. -- blastblog, 2025-10-07 ### **--- "Would be great if it worked" The interface to actually set an anchor is good. The ability to receive alerts? Not so much. Email works but the telegram interface does not. I’ve tried twice to contact support about it but they don’t reply, so I guess this one goes in the trash. -- Smoothie007, 2025-09-10 ### ****- "Solid. Needs a better remote option" This app works great onboard. The log showing the actual swing of your position is a great feature. One star off for the clunky way it alerts you when off the boat. Which is to say it doesn’t really alert you. -- archer2pilot, 2025-09-09 ### ***** "Works Great!" Sleeping with an anchor it’s nice to know you have a drag alarm on your phone. Tested and used with no cell signal, works amazing. -- Aixhenjejd, 2025-09-01 ### **--- "Currently Unreliable But Hopeful" This Anchor Alert app would be great but it’s not stable nor working properly. For example I’ve been at my slip for 12 hours now, canceled the anchor alert just before picking up my anchor and I’m now getting repeated drag alerts (modify drag alert created) almost every couple minutes on my phone. Also, when on anchor and remote from the boat the refresh doesn’t work. Being remote from the boat and able to monitor anchor watch is the primary reason for the app for me. If this doesn’t work, I can’t depend on the app. Also, some of the N2K data is not coming across properly in the app. The true wind is not accurate compared to my chartplotter I have high hopes they will correct the issues as it would be terrific for remote monitoring when off the boat using the DataHub. -- Frustrated Skier, 2025-08-21 ### ****- "Great App" The app works well. I’m impressed with its ease of use and visual representations of the boat’s track. However, I would like the radius circle around the anchor to display N-S-E-W so I can tell what direction the boat is moving. -- Njörd’s Favour, 2025-07-12 ### ***** "Sleep Soundly" Love this app! Gives us extra confidence as we lay our heads down at night. -- RZwade, 2025-07-12 [View all Anchor Pro reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Anchor Pro In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Anchor Premium | $6.99 | ## Anchor Pro Discovered Keywords -
