Joke, it said 10 knots but in reality it was 20 knots and gusts of about 25 or more knots. Useless for windspeed. Wind direction was correct, at least. Thank you for your reply, but what is the sense of a windspeed from a different location? When I am at a certain spot and I want to know weather it is 18 or 25 knots or else, i want to know it for this very spot and not for a spot miles away. So I am sorry, but not useful.

seit einiger Zeit geht gar nichts mehr — sehr schlechte Wartung — Update wäre dringend notwendig 😖
Ehrlich gesagt dachte ich die interne Technik des IPhones wird genutzt um Werte auch ohne Internet Anschluss wie zum Beispiel auf See oder in den Bergen zu bekommen aber leider werden die Werte anhand der Internetdaten ermittelt dafür ist das App-Bundle zu teuer ! Schade ginge es würde ich es zurück geben !

I think the author of this program is unclear of the concept. The wind scale goes up to 180 kn meaning that on a typical day the wind hardly registers on the analog instrument. If this app was accurate, it would be perfect for monitoring windspeeds inside of hurricanes or tornadoes.
Inaccurate and dosen’t always use the right location. Why is there not a default location or why can’t it find your current location? Sorry I downloaded it. Sure would like a refund!
Was really hoping this would be the last wind MPH I had to buy. But when I walked outside today and was blown off my feet and this app was telling me the wind was only 7 mph I was not happy. We are having steady winds at close to 30 MPH with gusts up to 50. So, back to another app.
I've been using this app for a year and 99% of the time it's absolutely wrong. Right now it says I have 2 mph winds SSE. In fact I've got 33mph winds with 60 mph gusts blowing NNW. Don't buy it
Not good. continually wrong in reporting wind direction and speed.
