Designed for offline use, all records are securely stored on the user’s device without requiring an internet connection. The app supports anesthesia records up to 4 hours in duration. For procedures exceeding this time, users can simply create an additional record for the same patient. By far, this is the easiest app to use for anesthesia record keeping. Here are my critical comments for its improvement. It will be ideal if you can include pre anesthesia check list, machine check, patient surgery and side identification, eye care, pressure point care etc. either on the techniques page or patient page You should provide a keyboard with an enter button to enter exact vital parameters. This way we can enter accurate data and not multiples of 5 so that it’s more authentic and enter button can automatically shift the key to next vital parameter Your progress page should also have an option for air along with oxygen and nitrous. Many of us have stopped using nitrous altogether. There is no provision for peripheral blocks. We use a lot of them nowadays along with GA or for post op analgesia. I guess one can write those details in the notes. The ultimate joy will be if you can figure out a way to automatically collect vital parameters data from the monitor.
