It’s a blatant rip-off that preys on hardworking professionals while offering little to no real value. 1. Overpriced, Useless Leads • They charge outrageous fees for leads that are fake, duplicated, or completely uninterested customers. • There’s no refund policy, and if you try to dispute a charge, you’ll hit a brick wall. 2. Horrendous Customer Service • Their support is a joke—slow, unhelpful, and designed to avoid taking responsibility. • If you have billing issues, good luck getting a resolution. 3. Terrible App Performance • The platform is buggy, unreliable, and frustrating to use. • There’s no proper filtering system, leading to wasted time and money. 4. Shady Business Practices • They hide fees and charge you without warning. • Canceling is a nightmare, and many users report being charged even after closing their accounts. -- DavidMoreno900906, 2025-03-03 ### **--- "Cannot submit requests" We have not been able to complete a request for services or estimates because after entering the description we cannot get the the Next button. This has been an issue for over a year. We have to use the website on our computer. Fix th app -- Cloudy Bugs, 2025-02-27 ### *---- "Insane they give your full contact info" I created an account to get pricing for landscaping. Within 15 minutes I get 8 phone calls, three texts, and two emails all from the same company. Contractors should only be given access to message you via the app until you decide otherwise. -- AJ0264, 2025-02-27 ### ***** "SO EASY" I gotta say, the app layout/format should sell you in and of itself. Love this. -- Grant$35, 2025-02-27 ### ***** "Angi very helpful" I choose Angi because they help me find solutions and have great choices available -- nick name$()340:;?&, 2025-02-25 ### ***** "Abril G (Angi Deep Cleaning)" Today, Monday, February 24, 2025, Two lovely & hardworking ladies did a deep cleaning of my mobile home and the results were excellent! I could not be happier! My home looks and smells cleaner than has ever looked! I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful job they did for me! I am so grateful! I will set up future appointments for sure! -- Happy Customer JAM, 2025-02-24 ### *---- "DO NOT USE" I used Angi to find movers. I SPECIFICALLY made sure I unchecked the box so that I was NOT contacted by phone, ONLY by email. Within 15 min of using the app, my phone was blowing up with texts & calls! I would advise just researching services in your area yourself, unless you want to answer all the calls & texts. -- LMB739, 2025-02-23 ### ***** "Kitchen Cabinets" J&M did a fantastic job on our old kitchen cabinets . They look beautiful. They were professional and hard working. Came when they said they would and finished right on time. They cleaned everything before leaving and we would highly recommend them! Thank you Juan! -- My girl 1070, 2025-02-22 ### ***** "Our experience" Have always enjoyed the results we get. -- GloryB 60, 2025-02-21 ### *---- "Terrible company" Historically I’ve used task rabbit. I ordered a desk from Walmart and it had the option to utilize Angie to build the desk for a very reasonable price, so I gave it a shot. I had multiple professionals cancel, and was assigned professionals with poor reviews multiple times. I reached out to Angi several times to address this, and it was insanely painful. They outsource all their customer service offshore, and it’s alls scripted and they can’t actually help in anyway. I requested multiple times for a supervisor to call me to try to address my issues, and while the support team said they put in tickets for the supervisor escalation, I was never able to get in touch with one. After 6 or so calls with their offshore customer service, multiple emails, and 2 wasted mornings with professionals not showing, I gave up and canceled the booking. Just a ton of wasted time with them. Overall terrible company and terrible service. I would strongly recommend using task rabbit. I have historically used task rabbit and they are 1000x better. -- JohnT1391, 2025-02-20 [View all Angi reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Angi Discovered Keywords - angi pro - angi services for pros - angi app - angi com - angi services - home improvement - angi - angie's list - angi find local home services - house cleaners in my area ## Apps Similar to Angi - [Handy.com](https://apptail.io/app/handycom-Vkd/united-states) - [Taskrabbit Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/taskrabbit-delivery-bcf/united-states) - [JustAnswer: Ask for help, 24/7](https://apptail.io/app/justanswer-ask-for-help-247-DHh/united-states) - [Home by ShowingTime](https://apptail.io/app/home-by-showingtime-IzO/united-states) - [HomeSearchNOW](https://apptail.io/app/homesearchnow-URO/united-states) - [AARP Now](https://apptail.io/app/aarp-now-ZrLb/united-states) - [LawnStarter](https://apptail.io/app/lawnstarter-WHvc/united-states) - [Blue Mountain Ecards](https://apptail.io/app/blue-mountain-ecards-wjNc/united-states) - [Thumbtack: Home Service Pros](https://apptail.io/app/thumbtack-home-service-pros-JlVd/united-states) - [Frontdoor-Home Service Experts](https://apptail.io/app/frontdoor-home-service-experts-YKVl/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
