Canceled service after officially being on bored for 2 business HOURS. When I signed up on the internet the sales team starting calling to get me to sign up. I would be driving or on scissor lifts and would tell them my cards are in my bags not accessible to me. Guess what they wanted me to pull over on the highway or get off the loft so I can pay them. Finally I decided to sign up. Paid the money and was activated on a Saturday morning. Monday the sales team called again to walk me thru the app that I had already begun to setup. They were once again pushy when I did not want to setup everything all at one time. I immediately hung up and called to cancel. $1470 is the cancellation fee for using the service for 2 days with no real leads. -- Trey no need to hide, 2024-12-30 ### *---- "Disappointed with Angi’s False Promises and Service" I signed up for Angi after being told I would have control over the jobs I choose, but that’s far from the reality. Their system is overwhelming, and you’re bombarded with jobs that don’t match your preferences. Worse, I’ve received numerous fake or unverified leads, which I’m still being charged for. The transparency and control they advertise simply don’t exist. As a business owner, I expect better accountability and value for my investment. Unfortunately, Angi has been more of a headache than a help. When I started my roofing company, I was told that the leads I would be getting were verified. Well, multiple leads I received were from apt or condo addresses, not actual residential addresses. When I go to report the address or lead, it disappears from my leads. All of this for $250 per lead with no benefit? I should have listened to all the other guys and not tried this service. I’m out $750 from my advertising budget and I have nothing to show for it.
