So difficult that the first page of the app has a link to a primer on where to find your ID card. Claims are impossible to read—columns only show the first letter of the insured’s name and the provider. Once you open a claim, you must download the EOB in order to see it, but that feature doesn’t work. Prescription benefits take you back to the web with a separate login. -- ssg3y, 2025-01-04 ### **--- "Slow to no action when making selections" The app does not respond to user commands, such as switching from “Documents” and other menu items to the main page. Clicking on ‘Sessions’ shows me my chat session is active, but has a never-ending loading icon at the top left corner and occasionally glitches. I think the issue is more with the functionality of the app rather than someone not getting back to me. Which is why I’m here. The eternal loading icon appears in the RX section too—when I’m looking for my coverage, all I get is a loading circle. Overall, app has potential but is very glitchy and unresponsive right now!
