Tasks don't arrive as neat sentences. They arrive as a photo of a whiteboard, a voice memo in the car, a line buried in an email. Ango Tasks reads all three and turns them into real tasks — with the dates already set. CAPTURE ANYTHING • Snap a photo. A whiteboard, a handwritten list, a screenshot, a printed agenda — Ango finds every task in it. • Say it out loud. "Call the dentist Thursday morning" becomes a scheduled task before you've put the phone down. • Paste a wall of text. An email, a meeting note, a message thread — get a clean checklist back. DATES THAT JUST WORK Type the way you talk. "Buy milk tomorrow at 3pm." "Pay rent every 1st." "Follow up in two weeks." Ango reads it and sets the reminder. No date pickers, no drop-downs. PLAN THE DAY, NOT JUST THE LIST A to-do list tells you what's outstanding. Ango tells you when to do it — ask it to plan your day and it time-blocks your tasks around what's already on your calendar. ORGANIZED THE WAY YOU ALREADY THINK • Smart lists that sort themselves • Month, week and day calendar views • Hashtags and instant search across everything • Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Apple Reminders — nothing to migrate, nothing locked in • Share a list with anyone and watch it update live • Home screen widgets, Siri and Shortcuts NATIVE ON EVERY SCREEN Built in SwiftUI for iPhone, iPad, Apple silicon Mac and Apple Vision Pro. Your lists follow you across all of them. FREE, PROPERLY Six lists and 20 AI extracts a day — no account wall, no trial countdown, no watermark. Use Ango this way for as long as you want. ANGO PREMIUM • 500 lists • 200 AI extracts per day • Priority support $2.99 per month, or $29.99 per year (save 17%). Subscriptions are billed to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Account Settings. I don’t typically review apps. But I had to write something on this one. It is just a beautiful app. And the extract feature is the most amazing. It allows you to just talk through your day, and using AI pulls out the to-do items and puts them on your list. It’s truly amazing. I’ve gotten into the habit of talking through my next day the prior evening. It actually creates a calendar for me for the next day, which is amazing. -- AvvA Wingmate, 2026-02-07 [View all Ango Tasks reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Ango Tasks In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Premium Yearly | $29.99 | | Premium Monthly | $2.99 | ## Ango Tasks Available In - [India](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/india) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/united-states) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/united-kingdom) - [Qatar](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/qatar) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/canada) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/germany) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/denmark) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/israel) - [Jamaica](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/jamaica) - [Jordan](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/jordan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/lebanon) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/peru) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/pakistan) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/portugal) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/australia) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/vietnam) - [Bahrain](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/bahrain) - [Bermuda](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/bermuda) - [Botswana](https://apptail.io/app/ango-tasks-MVjy/botswana) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
