Could you get me a serial number? I have an instruction card but it was manufactured before serial numbers. Please tell me where to get one?

Why do we have to use serial number?!
I used to play without serial number. Just open the app and place the card. But why the heck it has to use serial number now? And what's my serial number cuz it doesn't even show on the card nor the app! Please fix or at least gimme my serial number? Why did i buy it if i couldn't use it?!
