Work out at home, in the park, at the gym - with no equipment necessary, all you need is your body and some space! Start your fitness journey with a 14-day free trail. Animal Flow is a ground-based fitness program that combines inspirations from gymnastics, hand balancing, yoga-style movements, and breakdancing, along with animal locomotion forms. The program is extremely versatile, and individuals of all fitness levels can tailor the components to their own skill level and goals. Use the program’s multiple components to improve strength power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination. You can use Animal Flow as a stand-alone workout or integrate it with your existing training plans. WHAT’S INCLUDED? Animal Flow On Demand includes three sections to help you get the most out of the program: Section 1: The Tutorials section includes individual videos where Animal Flow creator Mike Fitch provides detailed instructions on how to correctly perform each of the program’s movements. You’ll find all of the movements from both Level 1 and Level 2 of the program here. Section 2: The Classes section includes group classes that you can follow along. You’ll find different styles, lengths, and intensities of classes, including some focused on mobility, some focused on building your flow skills, and some focused on just providing you with a really killer high intensity workout. Section 3: The Flows section is where we say the real magic happens. This is where you link together the many different individual movements into seamless flows. Our pre-designed flows range from easy to difficult and are just a few minutes long. We’ll release a new Flow every Monday morning, so you’ll always have something new to try. WHO SHOULD TRY IT? Animal Flow is designed to provide benefits for individuals of all ages and skill levels. Some of the flows and classes are targeted to the beginner-level, utilizing only low-impact, easier-to-learn movements. Other more advanced flows and classes incorporate much more dynamic power and stability challenges. You choose what works best for your current abilities and progress at your own pace. Animal Flow can help you improve your mobility and flexibility and grow your strength and power Whether you are an athlete, or someone just starting to work out, or somewhere in between, you’ll benefit from incorporating some Animal Flow into your fitness routines. Love the program, but not so much the app. There isn’t an easy way for newbs like myself to track progress regarding what I’ve already done. Looking at recent is ok, but you should be able to mark things as done and see that visually. Also, app doesn’t work on Apple TV with the latest iOS. -- Hidemymoney, 2024-12-02 ### ***-- "App needs an overhaul" This app needs to be “proofread”. It’s ambitious but its usability is poor. The most egregious problems right now are 1 introductory video with no sound, o and another introductory video and the “flowcademy” “start here” courses only working if you press DIRECTLY on an invisible play button in the center of the video. It took installs on 3 devices before I realized that it’s not that the video isn’t working, it’s that you have to click ONLY an invisible button to run the video. Stuff like that is amateur and leaves a poor first impression. I was ten seconds away from trying to write a “help” ticket email -- JazGalaxy, 2024-05-17 ### ***** "Great Instruction" The videos on here give detailed information as well as amazing visuals. It has helped me along my movement journey. Great for people looking to start out in the Animal Flow program. -- FLO Fitness, 2020-09-11 ### ***** "Great fitness program and iPhone app." I love the ease of use with this app. I can save the practices I want to revisit and create playlists. The team is also very responsive when it comes to updates and putting out information about the app. -- GilboGabbins, 2020-09-11 ### ***** "Amazing App ⭐️" I’ve been a member of the Animal Flow community for a long time and this app is incredible! It’s everything you want it to be. From the layout, to the quality of the content, it just doesn’t get much better than this. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who’s been practicing for years, this app has everything you need. They are constantly adding new flows and classes so there’s always something new to play with. I use it on my phone, my computer, and my TV depending on where I am. I love it! -- Btnla, 2020-09-11 ### ***** "Portable training studio" This has been my main practice since Covid and lockdowns started. Accessible for multiple levels of proficiency; you don’t have to already be an expert in AF to get value out of this tool. There are “Flow” and “skills” classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioners. The On Demand App is for AF enthusiasts like me, grappling/jiujitsu folks who want a practice that feeds right into their own, and yogis and general fitness folks wanting to shake up their routines. -- bryaninmiami, 2020-09-11 ### *---- "Good workouts, really bad app." The workouts are good. Using the app on an iPad, it does not support landscape rotation. Even in portrait mode, the bottom quarter of the screen is not being used at all. The videos are displayed in 3 columns, but the last column of videos is only half showing. Terrible implementation of the app. -- RebelP, 2020-06-02 [View all Animal Flow OnDemand reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Animal Flow OnDemand In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | AnimalFlow Monthly | $19.99 | | Animal Flow Yearly | $199.99 | ## Animal Flow OnDemand Discovered Keywords -
