補充：ipad pro ios12.4，原先有懷疑是否誤觸新增或複製的按鈕，但是總影格並沒有增加，通常我是在看播放的時候直接按跳回第一張，然後繼續修改，在反覆幾次後才會突然發現動畫怪怪的，但是並沒有常常發生，其實順序亂了還好，影格遺失比較可怕，假設發生在第五張遺失，原本的第五張會變成第四或第六，所以總數沒有增減，但是少了一張，重複了一張，我沒注意到是重複前一張還是後一張，我現在會在畫面標上編號，下次再發生應該就可以知道，我會再更新留言

（更新）收到回覆，已解決，是因為當初以Apple Id帳號購買的當下，同時使用其他非Apple id 的少用信箱登入，而誤會拿來購買的Apple id 及購買資訊的email 是註冊此軟體的帳號。感謝團隊協助。（後為舊文）已使用apple Id 訂閱Animation desk pro一年份，itunes顯示訂閱至今年11月到期。但更換ipad後，以email登入及其他app提供的登入方式都沒有這個帳號&訂閱相關資料，（使用app內建問題意見回饋功能）尋求登入協助，信箱內躺著已收到你的問題～～但遲遲未收到回覆。解決後會再修改評分，這幾天都很困擾哪⋯⋯

### *---- "奉勸喜歡動畫的不要參加這個軟體的比賽"
基本上上傳的動畫都有看過了，有些得獎的的確不錯，但很多得獎的程度不如一堆參賽者，最佳技術沒技術。技術比他好的大有作品在，最佳劇本故事真的，故事性有夠慘，好幾個動畫都完全超越。有些得獎作品真的看起來明顯低於其他很多參賽作品。除此之外，很多得獎者重複得獎。上面寫說的確有可能出現得兩個獎的狀態，因為除了一般獎項使用此軟體的特別獎是獨立的。但今天重複得獎的卻是最佳學生作品，各個都不是使用此軟體的。不僅如此，比賽結果延後了好幾天，居然什麼聲明都沒有，最後資訊公佈還是放在粉絲專頁，網站上沒有任何資訊。這樣的比賽真的令人難過，踐踏大家對比賽的信任和對動畫的喜愛。
真是失望。奉勸大家明年不要抱著熱情報名了。
