I could not figure out how to turn in a second request after the first was cancelled. I did not respond fast enough for the first chat/meeting. -- Tim & Charlie, 2023-12-15 ### **--- "Could be better" I think the idea of this app is amazing and convenient but it keeps crashing on me. Whenever I try to go into my current conversation with my vet it shows a previous conversation and won’t let me close out. It also sometimes won’t let me go into the conversation at all. My vets response will pop up on my notifications on my phone but not show up on the app. It’s pretty frustrating to use, especially if it’s something time sensitive -- Because its great, 2023-10-12 ### ***** "Best pet app ever!!!!!" Got to connect with my vet for my best friend/cat Simba. The entire process was incredibly seamless and easy to use. I love that I can use the app for all of my cat’s health and lifestyle needs. Highly recommend this app to any pet owner. -- Persiancatmeow, 2023-08-02 ### ***** "Wonderful service!" Friendliest, most loving vet practice I’ve ever met. She immediately showed my guy how loved he was, called to check on him later, even has his picture in his phone!
