Cant upload a picture
The app is not working properly, suddenly I cant upload a picture it said unknown error occurred, tried to delete the app and install it again but didnt work

Please fix the lagging problem
This app is really nice but it lags all the time for no reason at all. Sometimes when I open the app it takes 10-15 mins to load the screen.

If I subscribe to the application, will I have access to an AI that can take information from files like PDFs or PowerPoints and create flashcards for me, or will I have to organize them manually?
Amazing app!!
For me the best way to study is by anki cards, and this app has all the features a student ever wished to have for memorizing by cards, it’s easy to use and can import and export files with good sound quality plus a good algorithm for repeating cards.

Accidentally got charged
So I thought it was a trial and now Anki pro charged me 299.99SAR both the dev and Apple refused to help me out!! Stay away from it
