## Anne Arundel County 311 Reviews in United States

### *---- "7 year old broken app"
App doesn’t work. You can’t sign in. Just sticks you in an endless loop. The app hasn’t received an update in 7 years.
-- Leonardoty, 2026-02-21

### *---- "Useless app"
Good job wasting the county’s money!
-- TM Buchanan, 2026-01-26

### *---- "Reporting this app is trash"
Historically, this app hasn’t been awe-inspiring but it got the job done. I don’t know who messed with it though because it’s pretty much unusable now. It makes you sign in ALL THE TIME. I’m talking between pages. Then it will just occasionally get stuck on a sign in page. What gives?
-- A5h13¥, 2026-01-04

### **--- "Clunky app only good for reporting issues"
I can see the draw for this app - it’s a fast and easy way to report roadkill, potholes, and trees down. Personally I found the rudimentary app borderline unusable.

I signed up for it because I was referred by the website to use it to schedule bulk pickup. After clicking around everywhere, I found it under reports. Went to file a report and there is nowhere to schedule. Then I thought maybe I did it wrong and tried to close the report, but I was having issues closing it. There is nothing that indicates the only way to close a ticket is by leaving a comment.

Meanwhile the app crashed and I had to reopen, more frustrated than before.

If you want it only for an easy way to make reports, it’s clunky but fine. Anything more than that, just call. It’s not worth your time.

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Don’t waste your time. Login doesn’t work.
Reset password doesn’t send the promised email.
Can’t recreate account since that email is already used for the account that it thinks the password is wrong.
-- randumNockName, 2022-10-21

### *---- "It keep pointing me in the wrong location even though"
I put in my address
-- matthewkim3, 2021-03-27

### *---- "Useless"
No options available that match the description. Main menu just says “website” and “facebook.” No way to create issues or report.
-- Jtm610, 2019-07-18

### ***** "Great App"
Out HOA uses this app almost daily to monitor complaints throughout the neighborhood and provide an electronically recorded request to the county.

It was just updated about 3 months ago and works even better than the original.
-- hm2anderson, 2019-05-08

### *---- "Doesn’t connect to server"
Would like if it worked
-- weeeeertyvvfxch, 2018-12-18

### *---- "Poor"
Logged in signed out never to get get signed in again, no help very frustrating!!!!
Wasted of time.
