My CallAnnie is still not working few days after the cloud outage. Is there anything else I can do? It is convenient to practice English whenever you want but the tutor, Annie, sometimes misunderstands my thoughts. I don’t give five stars because I hope that the app can resolve miscomprehension problems in the future. Overall, it is an amazing app!

The voice is not good, decreasing my willingness to subscribe. Others are good.
I practiced chatting in Chinese and the responses were fast and realistic. Only wish we could choose a different accent as the current AI uses a mainland Chinese accent that I’m not very used to hearing. It’s still useful though!
