"Simple" here is a GOOD thing. I particularly like the loupe (shown in the video on the iTunes Store) and redaction features. The author is also using Trello nicely to point the way to future function. (For example "Cropping" just got moved to "Doing".) This should inspire confidence in users and I would advise them to take the link to Trello from the app and register interest in some of the cards. There is absolutely no way to contact the developer, as the ‘app support’ link leads to a page which is entirely in Chinese, and the few bits which are in English haven’t been updated since April 2016. I shall now have to search for another annotation app - a shame because Annotable was excellent. If it matters to you, I’d hold off updating your version of iOS/iPadOS until an update is released.
