iPad app
It would be nice to have an iPad app , wide screen, at this point . it would be much easier to read the recipes than follow them on the phone
Love my Anova
But the app is weak. There are bugs in it. My biggest beef is that it will not shut off when the cook time is complete. Kinda defeats the purpose of the app in the first place.
Why have an app?
This isn’t a well-designed app, aesthetically, and it doesn’t send notifications if my water levels are low or the temperature deviates significantly from the setting. So what’s the point? It seems that Anova just wants the bare minimum required to be able to sell a “smart” wifi connected device, whether it needs that functionality or not.
Needs an Apple Watch App
I use the cooker all the time but I keep having to find my iPad or iPhone. An Apple Watch app would make it so much better.
Indispensable
I have owned the first wifi generation since its release. Admittedly the wifi is no longer a reliable option but the bluetooth is still strong. The original clamp failed but Anova came thru and replaced with a much better unit. If you are reading this and own one of these older units and are neglecting it because you have a cracked clamp. Anova will take care of you.😉 I use mine every week sometimes nearly daily. Would not be without it.

Bonjour, j’aimerais avoir accès à l’ancienne version étant donnée que mon mini iPad ne prend plus en charge cette nouvelle version. J’aimais bien programmer via ma tablette. Serait-il possible d’obtenir l’ancienne version?
