Terrible Bluetooth Connectivity!!
This pretty App is useless if it can't connect to your Anova device and that's the major failing. It keeps searching for the device and weirdly, when it finds it and tells you the ambient water temperature to match, it then can't connect. I'll have to keep reconnecting and it'll keep saying device can't be found but how can it then know the correct water temperature? I've tried quitting out of the App, tried restarting the Anova, but to no avail. My Bluetooth menu shows that the device IS connected so this clearly is a software bug. Come on, Anova, get your act together!!

Buggy. Can’t connect to 2.4gz wifi even tho i sid everything it says on the tin. Hair pull experience
Temperature inconsistent
The temperature always changed on its own for no reason. Used Anova recommend recipe but temperature will change from original 60 degree c to 53.5 degree c. Happens all the time!
App isn’t optimised for ipad
What a shame, no ipad version
Why all the data?
Worked fine. Recent update made me sign back up and wants all sorts of information like location, connecting to other devices in network etc. Simple connection to Bluetooth is not made clear. Cooking implement, doesn’t need so much access and info sharing.
Easy to use
App allows good monitoring and control over the Anova Pro hardware. It makes cooking much easier with the saved settings and various recommendations.

The temp display all around the place, don’t waste your time and money like I did
No problems so far
Can u kindly add a feature to turn on the machine at a pre set time. This function will allow u to set the time before hand rather than turning on the app to turn in the machine
Issues with wifi connectivity
Took me 1 hour and I have yet to connect to the cooker to wifi . Tried all the methods stated but yet to work .
Simple and easy to use
Found a renew interest to cook. Thanks Anova. More recipes with other ingredients would be great.
