Best app becomes worst app after update
It worked for a long while without connection issue. And now, it has troubles in connecting the oven even the WIFI works smoothly. The recent updates create trouble and cannot fix the connection issue.

Poor connectivity
Difficult to connect the oven with this app. I have to replug the oven to reconnect this app every single time.
Oven cannot be connected after the update
Hope that something can be done right away. It was working fine for about a year, with the update, it cannot be connected again.
Connection problems
This app will waste you time connecting to oven, spent two hours to connect to oven. Pathetic.
Sigh
The oven could connect to the WiFi but the app cannot connect to the oven. Tried every comments or solutions from the internet, still cannot fix the issue. NO HOPE.
Should be an even higher rating but….
I’ve had my oven nearly 6 months. It has been amazing. But with the latest app update I can’t reliably connect or stay connected. I’ve done all the trouble shooting suggestions. Turned off the oven, reconnected to wifi, uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Nothing working. I’m still cooking simple things but currently I’m stuck with simplicity rather than harnessing the full capability of the oven 👎🏻. Please update the app and let me get back on track.
