Mit Sicherheit schon 6-8 Jahre alt. Hatte Probleme mit den Kontakten und mich an den Service gewendet. Sofort einen Rückruf erhalten, mir wurde alles erklärt, ein Retourenlabel zugesendet. Habe dann alles eingepackt und es versendet. 1 Woche später kam eine Mail mit der genauen Diagnose und wie ich weiter vorgehen möchte. Die Kontakte wurden kostenfrei auf Kulanz repariert und der Anzug inkl. Booster zurückgeschickt. Wirklich ein heutzutage leider einzigartiger, unkomplizierter Kundenservice! Der Anzug ist super bequem, die App intuitiv zu bedienen und wer das Prinzip des EMS verstanden hat, fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Das wunderbare ist, dass man den Anzug nicht nur beim Workout benutzen kann, sondern auch beim radeln oder Joggen. Die Intensität ist perfekt anpassbar. Die Komponenten des Anzugs sind von einer schönen Haptik und wirken stabil und belastbar. Der Preis wirkt erst mal relativ hoch, wenn man das aber mit dem Preis für die einzelnen Stunden im Studio vergleicht, hat sich die Anschaffung schnell amortisiert. Leider sind die Impulse nicht mit Übungsvideos verknüpft. Eine Abstimmung der Impulse auf verschiedene Übungen unter Anleitung und mit entsprechenden Pausen wäre toll.
