No subscription, no signup, no internet connection required. The full US transmitter database lives on your phone. Whether you just moved, cut the cord, installed a new antenna, parked the RV at a new site or are chasing down dropouts on local channels, AerialPoint shows you exactly where to point. How it works - Tap once and the app uses your location to list every broadcast tower within about 75 miles, ranked by estimated signal strength. - For each tower you can see the distance, effective radiated power, polarization and a quick signal-quality grade. - Open any tower to view all the channels and subchannels it broadcasts. All features - Nearby tower list with signal-quality ranking - Distance in miles, bearing and tower details - Full per-tower channel listing - Polarization and antenna guidance - Live compass that rotates as you turn, showing the exact bearing to your chosen tower - Bubble level with live pitch and roll readout - Map view with every nearby tower color-coded by signal quality - Future country and feature updates included Who it is for - Cord-cutters setting up a new over-the-air antenna - DIY installers mounting or realigning a rooftop or attic antenna - RV and boat owners pulling in local channels at a new site - Homeowners troubleshooting pixelation or missing stations - TV technicians who need a fast field reference A note on signal quality AerialPoint ranks towers by ERP divided by distance squared, with separate thresholds for full-power stations and lower-power translators. This is a planning-grade estimate, not a terrain-based prediction - hills, trees and buildings affect what you actually receive. Start with the strongest, closest tower and work down the list. Current coverage AerialPoint currently includes transmitter data for the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Brazil, Japan, Poland, Finland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Thailand, Greece, Lithuania and Croatia.
