Anti-Pomodoro is a focus timer that works with your brain, not against it. Instead of rigid countdowns and forced breaks, you work for as long as you need and decide when to stop. — HOW IT WORKS — • Timer counts up like a stopwatch • Gentle nudges remind you to check in (30, 45, 60, or 90 min intervals) • You decide when to end—the app never interrupts your flow • Track sessions and discover your natural focus patterns — WHY ANTI-POMODORO? — The Pomodoro technique works for some, but not everyone.
