### *---- "Bad application and packaging"
They put the food in plastic boxes this is very unhealthy. Their application is super slow compared to Calo which they are mainly competing with. They only have limited dishes. Their sweets are the only good i noticed.

This app is extremely bad. The User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) are poorly designed and not user-friendly at all. Customer support is also terrible and provides no real solutions. Moreover, the delivery service is very poor; some drivers leave the food on the ground next to dirt, which violates the health regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Health. Therefore, I strongly do not recommend downloading or subscribing to this app.
