## Wechselatmung Description
Mit dieser speziell für die Wechselatmung (Anuloma Viloma / Nadi Shodhana) entwickelten App, können Sie ganz einfach und bequem die Wechselatmung üben. Sie können Ihr individuelles Level und die Anzahl der Runden festlegen und so bestimmen wie lange und intensiv Sie üben möchten. 

Die Wechselatmung-App zählt dann für Sie die einzelnen Zeiten für das Einatmen, Ausatmen und anhalten des Atmens. Sie können sich dadurch voll und ganz auf sich selbst und die Übung konzentrieren. 

Sie können den Wechsel der einzelnen Phasen entweder durch einen angenehmen Ton oder durch Vibration ansagen lassen. Das bleibt ganz Ihnen überlassen. 

In der App befindet sich ebenfalls eine Anleitung, wie die Wechselatmung genau durchzuführen ist.

Die Wechselatmung auch Anuloma Viloma oder Nadi Shodana genannt, ist eine Atemübung aus dem Yoga. Die Wechselatmung wird im Yoga oft als tägliche Übung vor dem Meditieren eingebaut.

Unangenehmer, abgehackter Ton, bei Einatmen, Halten und Ausatmen immer gleich und nicht synchron zur Dauer. Da gibt es viel bessere APPs....

Um die Wechselatmung zu praktizieren ist diese App sehr gut. 
Großer Minuspunkt: Ich würde gerne mit geschlossenen Augen üben und daher wähle ich in den Einstellungen „Bildschirm aus“. Wenn es dann soweit ist und der Bildschirm ausgeht, steigt die App auch aus. Sehr schade!😒
