I feel that if you are worried late at night, but can’t find the reason why, like me, this app may not be very helpful. But there are a few that help me de stress so to speak like the, sing out loud, watch a TED talk (that one really helped me) and read a wonderful book. The pictures are also soothing. But I have clicked through this so much that the same thing appears a couples times. But all in all this app has really helped me de-stress and sorry less

I downloaded this app in the hopes it would help with my anxiety and panicking about things. 

From just reading the pointers the app suggests my pulse went from 80 something down to 58. I was panicking less already! 

Well worth it if you are an anxiety sufferer, or even just a worrier
