## Anxiety Release based on EMDR Description
Anxiety Release shows you how to release anxious thoughts and feelings naturally, by harnessing the power of your brain. It does this by combining guided instructions and focused attention with bilateral brain stimulation. Bilateral stimulation is a treatment element of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), a revolutionary treatment which is based on the use of sensory stimulation to alter anxiety-provoking memories and responses. Over 30 randomized controlled studies of EMDR attest to the efficacy of this process. 

Because bilateral stimulation appeals to the unconscious, sensing part of the brain, there is no need for effortful thinking or struggling with feelings.  All you have to do is LISTEN and your brain will do the rest! The App consists of;

2 x guided anxiety management sessions
1 x pure bilateral stimulation session (audio & visual)
1 x safe place exercise

### ***** "Transformational- fabulous"
This app has changed our lives. It has hugely helped my teenage daughter who has had anxiety and low mood for years. Since doing a ten minute track each night before bed, she no longer has trouble going to school in the mornings due to anxiety; she feels calm, happy enough, and able to cope and simply get on and go to school. Since she’s been doing the ap each night, shes definitely been much happier in herself generally, and it’s wonderful for her and us to know that it’s there as another mood lifting resource for her to use if ever she wants to during the day if she feels anxious or low. The same goes for me- it has helped me to cope with anxiety and low mood, when needed. Another benefit of it is that it just automatically cleared the chronic neck and shoulder pain that had been troubling me for many years, after a small injury to a top vertebrae. I’m absolutely thrilled- the pain and stiffness has gone and has stayed away. I am so happy about this! This app has opened up new doors in my knowledge of self-healing- it’s fascinating- and so very simple. It’s been incredible and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I now recommend it to all of my natural vision clients. I am hugely grateful to Dr Mark Grant for developing it, and I wish more people knew about it - a huge thank you.

### ***** "I like the speaker's voice"
At first, I wasn't sure about this app, as my headphones were playing the sound in mono, not stereo. After googling the problem, I went to Settings>general>accessibility>mono audio and switched it to off.
The app now works perfectly!
The voice is lovely too :)
