### *---- "Good but major problems"
I bought the Kobra 3 with Ace Pro as my first printer. I wanted to make an investment for it to work down the road for multi color prints. So far it has been working pretty well but the app is severely lacking. 

One of my biggest issues is sending print files from my phone. Love the idea, but there are no options whatsoever. Can’t change the infill, speed, supports. I also have been having major issues with selecting a color and it keeps using my slot 1 color. It didn’t start that way but recently it’s the only one it will actually use. Then after auto leveling and vibration compensation and about 5min + of initial calibrations does it then show that it’s using the wrong color. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a multi print function. 

If they fixed these issues honestly would be a great app and would give 5 stars but until then it remains at 1.

I don't get why everyone is complaining about this app, it links with my Kobra 3 from anywhere and does exactly what it should without messing up. Haven't had a single problem.

Anycubic used to be terrible, but since the Kobra 2 they have stepped up their push to bring clones and support that nearly match Bambu and clearly come closer and closer as they grow. I used to dislike this community now I’m a fan and have bought a few K3C and coming S series… the slicer went from a 2/10 to 8/10 in just a few months. Now if they can stop going down randomly from time to time.

I slice in my computer, not from a mobile app, so can’t speak to that functionality. However, using this app to monitor prints works very well. Hopefully they add the ability to zoom into the webcam video at some point.

I’d been using this app for several weeks and had no problem slicing and printing. Then yesterday it simply stopped slicing. Anytime I try to print the slicing function gets stuck at 0% so now it’s useless.

My printer is linked to the app, but when you try to slice a file to send to print, it just sits there at 0%. This app will not slice anything. Only thing it’s good for is viewing with the camera, preheating the printer, and starting the dry box. 
Also, the app and website are not sync’d so if I find a file and save it in the app, it doesn’t show on the computer slicer program. I have to go find it again and then set it up.

### *---- "A rats maze to log in"
It used to be fairly simple to login but now they’ve “improved” it, where are you have to go back-and-forth between verifying whether you are human and trying to enter in your password and although each step is correct it just doesn’t register so you keep trying, keep trying keep trying and then eventually maybe you’ll get in by doing the same things over and over again.

Same successful human check, same successful email and password, it thinks and thinks and thinks until you realize you need to scroll up and it’s another human check, which then you do successfully, and then you have to login with your password and email again, and it thinks and thanks and thanks until you scroll up and realize you have to do another human check, and keep repeating the process about 15 to 20 times, at which point perhaps you’ll get in, which tells me there’s something on their end that’s a problem.

It’s really not worth it to try to use their program at this point.
