I cant remote my phone from macbook, but i can remote my macbook from iphone. Why?

this app is useful for me as utility to support my work, but it would be more perfect if the connection more stable, everytime i used it always came up pop up that said session closed, the session has ended, status errno_54. very annoyed me and it comes worst when i needed fast respond or work at live-online, please fix or improve it, thanks

HOPING WINDOWS BUTTON WILL WORKS
Dear anydesk team... thank you such a great work for this apps... I'm using IP 13 device and pairing with Bluetooth keyboard, the only problem is. the Windows Button on My Bluetooth not work... Wasting time to klik Windows Buttons using virtual keyboard.. that's all for me.... Thank 👍
