Plus possible d’aider à distance par AnyDesk un membre de sa famille ou un ami une ou deux fois par année sur son iPhone ou iPad sans devoir payer une licence au tarif prohibitif.
Vraiment nul et je vais me tourner vers l’offre concurrente toujours gratuite pour un usage privé et non-professionnel.

Die App ist sehr unausgereift!  Von iPad zu iPad funktioniert die Software fast gar nicht (iOS 16.5). Die Verbindung wird immer wieder nach kurzer Zeit "unerwartet" oder durch "Remote" geschlossen. 
Über das interne Netz kann gar nicht verbunden werden. Die Anfrage wird "abgelehnt" während das verlangte Gerät die Verbindung vorbereitet (Zähler 3... 2...1...). 
Überhaupt ist die Herstellung einer Verbindung für unerfahrene Nutzer eine Zumutung (nicht selbsterklärend und noch zu umständlich, man muss zu viel klicken), dies gilt für beide Seiten der Verbindung.

Ist im grossen und ganzen gut, die Bedienung der Maus mit dem Touchscreen (touchmodus) ist sehr schlecht.

Reagiert nicht richtig oder viel zu spät und springt nach lust und Laune an den alten Ort zurück wo die Maus vorher war.
