AO

This app is a waste of time. You have to log into it every time and get a text code to do so. Also the items I bought in the app do not appear in my past orders either. First time using AO … I hope the delivery and install is ok. I’m a bit worried now.

When searching via the app, after viewing an item it doesn’t take you back to the previous point of view. It takes you back to the beginning of the search list. When buying from AO the price matches other online retailers but with the delivery charge, other retailers don’t charge over a specified amount, You end up paying more without getting a increased delivery service. You have to weigh it up what suits you. These days every penny counts.

Why does the app clear my entire login username/pass everytime I close and re-open, rediculous and on top we get nagged to do the stupid picture verification each and everytime on top. Gather this is a monumental glitch given the 5 stars so hope to here this has been sorted soon.

Needed to return an item which is faulty but no such reason exists in the limited options I have to pick from and I can not continue with the return without picking a reason from the list. I have already wasted my time and effort and will now have to wait for a replacement. Infuriating!

Keeps requiring me to sign in to track my delivery. The user sessions are way too short, often presenting the user with a captcha when looking to authenticate. From my mail app I can click the email and be shown where my delivery is and when my delivery is due via my phones browser. So for my only use case, the UX of the app is a massive fail, thus pointless. Deleted. I do wish people would rate the app, not the service of the company. The service from the delivery perspective is great, and the price points are always competitive.

Incredibly slow app and apparently bugged too, product data sheets not loading at all.

Every time you open it you have to pick lions and horses, enter your password and then (because I chose to use it) a number texted to me. This isn’t really an app but portal to a web page and hence pointless.

Rarely opens on iOS

The company are great, we have bought several appliances from them and they have good prices on delivery. However the app is complete rubbish, you have to log in over and over again, virtually every time you use the app. In my view this makes it unusable.

App logs me out of my account every time I close it, very annoying
