With over 39 hostels in 23 cities and 8 countries, a&o is the largest hostel provider in Europe. The budget chain offers cheap and centrally located accommodation in the most attractive cities. Available room categories include single, double, family and 4 to 8-bed multi-bed rooms. From backpackers and business travellers, couples and families to larger groups such as class or club trips, everyone will find the right bed. All rooms have their own bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer and the most important hygiene articles. In addition, there is free high-speed WLAN throughout the hotel as well as 24-hour service and a snack bar that is open around the clock.

Alt for dårlig betjening. Ventetid for at få en nøgle og 1 mand i indtjekning. Har ventet en time allerede og er stadig i kø

Keeps crashing on IPhone Se 2022 and IPhone Pro 13 both with IOS 16.1.1 Se dev team needs to look at this

Tjek ind er besværligt

Der er krav om, at der skal tjekkes 4 personer ind på et familieværelse, hvilket er et tåbeligt krav, for man kan jo også være 1, 2 eller 3 personer, men så kan man ikke tjekke ind i app’en. Herudover skal man skrive alle sine oplysninger hver gang, hvilket er besværligt og tidskrævende. Det ville være smartere, hvis man blot kunne bruge informationerne (adresse mm.) fra profilen.

Vores booking er lavet over booking.com Og appen ville slet ikke tilføje vores booking. Så vi har ikke kunne bruge den til noget som helst.

Nem booking og indtjek

Det er meget nemt at booke værelse hos A&O Hostel. Med deres nye app er det også let at tjekke ind en dag i forvejen 👍
