My installed and paid for version of this app now reports ‘total failure’ and directs me to the App Store. The updated version requires a new payment of the full amount. There is no explanation of what is going on.

I paid $40 for this app 8 YEARS AGO, and I still cannot re-download it for free!  The only AOD app the store lets me download from the cloud requires $20 to activate.  Support is non-existent, and the replies to bad reviews are factually incorrect or misleading.

I love this app. I have it installed on both iPad and iPhone and with the in app purchase have an entire dictionary at my finger tips. 
I personally like the layout, I find it simple and easy to use.

### ***** "Excellent support, excellent product"
I too bought this some years ago, and later experienced some problems, but English Channel Support (new vendor?) have been great in re-activating the app on both iPad (Air 2) and iPhone (5S), at no cost to me.  Don't know what happened to Enfour, but I strongly recommend this app to Aussies, under its new management.
