Hey, to be honest I’m a pretty fair Apache regular customer. I could say I’ve had great experiences and I have but not this time. Over the course of 3 months this app glitches on the regular, now let me elaborate. I could click on the app and it would send me right off of it, I’ve tried to restart the app and my phone but the same result, it even happens at times when an order has been sent through so I can’t even check the status.

My second claim is food poisoning, that’s right. I ordered a pretty standard meal for 4 and I got the taco chip. I’ve ate this before but this time it was different. Within hours of digestion I began to throw up and have diarrhoea. I didn’t eat anything else that day but this one meal, I wish I didn’t. Although their food is tasty make sure to prefer a laxative and some loo roll. Please fix your app bug and give your chefs some advice before they kill someone.

I re-downloaded the app today. Deleted it previously as was probably the worst app ever. They have since updated it slightly but still very unpleasant to use when moving from screen to screen, frequent glitches and odd address format. Also very strange how you can’t make payment within the app but instead it directs you to web browser
