Why you should pay extra for paying by card rather than cash is absurd
I’ve been using this app pretty much regularly for the last year, I find it handy and reliable – takes the stress away from finding change for parking.
Clunky product, hard to use, takes ages to register. Needs major overhaul.
Half the parking meters don’t have the parking number on them. Terrible inconsistency
Watch out for this SNEAKY extra charge by Apple Pay. I had tried by normal card but the bank app authorisation didn’t pop up so I tried Apple Pay. Noticed the extra euro at the last minute but paid since I was rushing at station.
This app has the potential to be very convenient but the automatic application of a 0.40c convenience fee it outrageous. I’ve just paid €1.80 for an hour in a small car park in a provincial town when the parking fee should have been €1.40. I am not impressed. It’s a rip off.
Had to download app again, quick process to re-set up account. But unable to pay with card details. Re added card, still ‘error’ when trying to pay for car park. Rang customer services (8.40am) on hold for 10 mins & then gave up. Saw option to pay with Apple Pay & this worked straight away.
What an absolute ripoff. 10% extra “convenience fee” to pay using the app.
Multiple connections issues at payment stage
Too many keystrokes required to complete transactions. Parking tag app is easier to use.
