I think the app is poor, only booking 1 hour at a time is an inconvenience and leads to missing payment resulting in clamps which is unfair to be honest.

Handy app to have however I had a day recently where I couldn’t pay on the app, it wouldn’t link to my bank for verification and I ended up with a parking ticket as I’d no cash

I think this app is so difficult to use, I often actively avoid parking in these places because the app can be so frustrating. I don’t understand why a scan code can’t be used in all of the parking areas.

Apcoa is bad value ridiculously priced parking and the app shows no history of previous transactions. Terrible app terrible service.

I booked for a parking at the Hardwicke for 4 hrs and the app allowed me for booking and pay, when I arrived it looks like it’s for private parking only and I couldn’t get it, I wrote to the customer service for help and refund, they completely ignored it and it’s been nearly 2 weeks and I have heard nothing back!

Works 30% of time.

Let’s you close the account accidentally too quickly. Fat fingers hit the wrong button and the account closed. When I opened again the balance was gone but it kept all other details. Users should be asked if they are sure they want to close the account

App wouldn’t bring up all the options so I paid several 2 hour payments while in the hospital and if I could have picked a longer option it would have been cheaper - eventually when I went fully out and back in I got other options but paying extra admin costs too. Not the stress you need when you’re in hospital with your child
