According to my watches’ manual iPhone users have to select the ‘Take a picture’ option with the device page to take a picture using this app. Where is that “Take a picture” option. I looked everywhere! I will add more stars once you tell me where it is and I succeed in taking a picture from the app..

i really enjoy the feature to create your own watch face, however it would be more convenient and functional if there were more options than just picking whether it's digital or analog. If there were an option to add the heart rate, or the step counter, or the things that are available on the other watch faces I think it would really improve it.

I’ve been using Apex for a couple months now. The app is functional and gives me more info than I thought it would. Considering the watch price, it’s five star.

The Bluetooth connectivity is so bad because the weather, find my phone and the overall Bluetooth connectivity is so bad that I have to log into the app every few minutes for these features to work, so for your next update please fix the Bluetooth connectivity and please fix the weather and the find my phone feature.

I was able to install the app without much difficulty other than using a tiny limited 'keyboard". The app only accepts letters and numerals for a password; it does not accept symbols such as %. This is contrary to current recommended practice for passwords. There was no problem Bluetooth pairing to my iPad. The watch display is too bright; I don't know if it is possible to change that to save power. I have no bio data yet; I must read the manual. So far, it is just a watch. 2 stars. Update: it's alive! I have heart rate, something with a shoe, perhaps distance and something with a fire perhaps my stress level after dealing with this. 3 stars. I still have to read the manual to find out what these mean. PS I don't expect to use anything without reading a manual, so I hope it is informative.

Constant BT connect problems - should be easier in this day and age -sleep function seems lame - only recorded half of the night. Maybe a sleep button is needed.

At the beginning everything was great with this watch but after a month of use, it started reporting the mileage about 400 meters shorter in a 3k run. Then I thought to update the app but now I still don’t get the accurate mileage but also all the menus in the app have mandarin titles instead of English. I am really disappointed… I left feedback on the app hoping someone would help me but no support so far…

Seems the watch is frozen can’t get anything on it just the face with wrong date and time. Won’t now pair with my apple phone. I liked it when it did work.
