Dank der Aplano-App ist die Personalplanung für uns sehr einfach geworden. 
Wir sparen eine Menge Zeit. Wir müssen nicht mehr so viel diskutieren, Zetteln schreiben und ständig nachfragen. Das reduziert auch die Konfliktrate. 
Es ist super praktisch und sehr einfach zu bedienen.

### ***** "Sehr zufrieden - trotz Potenzial nach oben"
Ich arbeite mit der App auf Arbeitgeberseite, Stundenkonten verwalten, Dientspläne erstellen, Arbeitszeiten erfassen etc. Es gibt durchaus Luft nach oben, aber trotzdem 5 Sterne. Für uns (fast) alternativlos. Alle andern Softwarelösungen für die Cloudbasierte Dienstplanung sind aufgebläht, kompliziert und für uns nicht praktikabel. Unser größter Wunsch: Weg von der wochebasierten Ansicht in der App von Dienstplan und Stundenkonto. Das ist unpraktisch und verwirrend… Bitte!!! Dann gibt’s auch 6 Sterne… 😉😊

Wir nutzen seit mehr als 7 Monaten aplano für unser Unternehmen &‘ noch nie war es so einfach &‘ effizient Stundennachweis für Kunden und oder Stundenkonten zu erstellen für Mitarbeiter.

Ideen für die Weiterentwicklung werden sofort in Angriff genommen &‘ umgesetzt.
Hatte die Idee mit dem Standort auswählen von Mitarbeitern &‘ sie wurde direkt umgesetzt.

Hoffentlich kommt noch ein Darkmode &‘ ich bin mehr als nur zufrieden mit der App.

Die App ist ziemlich gut, es fehlen aber Optionen für Push Nachrichten um die Kollegen an anstehende Schichten am Tag davor zu erinnern oder die Möglichkeit die Schichten in iCal zu exportieren.

Aplano ist optisch ansprechend und macht genau das, was sie soll. 
Selbst das Einrichten fürs Team war weniger aufwendig, als gedacht. 

Klar, es ist immer Möglich, Dinge zu verbessern, aber der Support reagiert (mit viel Geduld!!!) und nimmt Vorschläge auf. 

Sowas schreib ich selten, aber: Kaufempfehlung!

Die App ist grundsätzlich gut, allerdings habe ich trotz entsprechender Einstellungen keine Mitteilung darüber erhalten, dass ich heute statt um 9 Uhr schon um 7 Uhr zu einer 1,5 Tage zuvor angesetzten Dienstbesprechung hätte erscheinen müssen bzw. dass der Dienstplan überhaupt veröffentlicht wurde (wir sind hier etwas unterbesetzt) 😩 No go.

Update:
Zwischendurch wurde die Mailadresse gewechselt von der privaten, die auf dem iPhone / iPad als Hauptadresse hinterlegt ist, auf eine, die für die Arbeit angelegt wurde. Dadurch funktioniert Push offensichtlich nicht mehr.
