This is the same training principle used by apnea divers. Great app with some room for improvement
I really love this app and use it routinely to help relax and improve my breathing. Hoping the developers can improve the voice counting as it’s a bit buggy and would be a much better experience after this minor adjustment

Oh yeah
I’m a yogi and been doing pranayama for some days. And now, exploring free diving. I’ve been checking out these breath apps for a bit. Everyone annoyed me and I just went back to the “real thing.” This app, actually, is the real thing. It’s better than a guided meditation. It’s a super incremental challenge. It’s giving me the opportunty spread the message by saying, “yo man, do my app with me.” They like, “what?” And I bust it out. I’m excited enough I wrote a review. I have never done that for anyone before.

I’ve had this app for many years and it still does what it’s supposed to do. No bloat, ads, gimmicks, etc. Thanks for a great product.
Breath Hold
In two days I doubled my breath hold time.
Offers very minimal training.
Unsatisfied with this product. It does very little to create an effective training table. I had better results with STAmina, I’d recommend that app over this one any day of the week.
