Hey, with newest update (2022) I can now pull up all my portrait photos taken with my iPhone and edit the lighting on my iPad. Excellent!

Apollo is the FIRST application that enables you to add light sources to your **Portrait Mode** photos, after the photo was taken! Apollo is the first app to use the depth data of your portrait mode photos to calculate photorealistic light and shadow. Using a proprietary processing algorithm running on your iPhone's graphics card, Apollo is able to render light sources on a portrait scene or selfie in real time.
Apollo allows professional photographers and amateurs alike to try things that are not possible in the physical world. You can shape scene lighting by adding or even removing light. Since lights are computationally rendered in the scene, it is possible to put a light source within the frame: say hello to invisible lamps!
The UI is optimised for use with one thumb, allowing you to always view the entire photo. One price, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.

It doesn't work too bad
Horrible
Won’t download any of my photos. App makes excuses as to why photos don’t show up . I want a refund.

Finally got to to work after upgrading to the iPhone 11 !! Thanks for helping me out awhile back but nothing worked but I deleted the app twice and followed what others have done and bingo !!! HAPPY CAMPER NOW !!!
Dont get this app
It only works with the pictures that you have taken with the portrait mode of your iphone. Thats it. Im a professional photographer and this apo could not load a single picture that i had taken with a nikon dslr from my gallery to this app. Its a scheme. At least i knew how to refund.
Lacks many basic UI very slow integration
App offers good tools however lacks many basic UI and is very slow in integration. Don’t know if this are technical issues or the app collects information on its server first before even displaying it to the user. Deleting it as, I am nit sure what else it is collecting? Beware !
Nice concept but ...
The app is a nice concept but I’m unable to access any of the photos edited. I’m disappointed and would like a refund as the app is useless to me.

Great app with a ton of potential to make some great photos Just two suggestions: An option to save a project so you can come back and make edits later without starting over An option with “remove background” to change the background color, instead of just being black
