Great and simple app to use and I was pleased to renew for another annual membership. Unfortunately, the app no longer recognizes my paid annual auto renew subscription and the customer service is just a loop of unhelpful bot messages. I’ve provided all requested proof of payment via bank statements and Apple receipt but there has been no real help. Such a disappointing experience.

I have used this app for about a year, up until about two months ago. It worked amazingly well - now I’m lucky if I can even get it to remove the background one picture at a time and I always have to go in and manually fix it. I’ve tried reaching out to Support and just get crickets. They asked me to send more pics I do and then I get we’re working on it well paid for it long enough I am deleting it. Do not use this app until they fix whatever issue they have going on.

i paid $5 a week for a subscription to this app and constantly had it crash on me. there’s an option to delete backgrounds of multiple photos which takes 2-3 minutes (admittedly much faster than it would in photoshop) but sometimes the images would save blurry beyond the point of use, or the app would crash. this has definitely saved me a lot of time in hindsight but it has come with a lot of frustration as well.

The app actually is good and easy to use. Been using it for 3 years UNTIL it auto renewed, I paid the renewal and it won’t work. Just loops me through paying again (except even when I try to pay again, it won’t let me saying I’m already subscribed). 

Contacted support and they refuse to look into the issue until I contact apple and get an invoice proving I paid. Despite sending screenshot after screenshot of the charge on my credit card, the app itself saying I’m renewed until 2024, the App Store saying I’m renewed until 2024, their support pulling up my email address and saying I’m renewed until 2024 - they just go back to well we need your invoice from apple to prove it. You bought it from apple, their problem not ours. 

Honestly, I’m very disappointed I wasted 45 minutes of my time dealing with “Ryan” with the fake photo. Don’t waste your time.

This app allows me to easily change background for my son’s pictures so now I can use them in school yearbook and other album. The quality of the app is really good and it has tons of backgrounds that I can use for my pictures. Now, I can take professional looking portraits at home.
