安全移动管理系统主要包含4大模块:巡检,通报,点检及查询.
1.巡查模块包含: 岗位稽核,隐患稽核及防盗测试,安全人员稽核时如发现异常时,可及时用手机APP上传通报,确保各方可第一时间知晓,并及时处理.
2.通报模块包含: 物料查获,门禁违规,员工异常,水电气异常及重大事件,安全执勤人员在发现物料,门禁,员工,水电气异常及重大事件时,及时通报处理.
3.点检模块: 设备点检及异常保修,设备维护人员每日可对设备情况点检上传,针对有异常情况可及时通知维护人员到现场处理.
4.查询模块: 安全执勤人员可在此查询已上传数据,并可查询各岗位及骨干联系方式,方便快速联系相关人员.
整体功能方便及时上传通报异常信息,且异常报表自动汇总,上通下达时效性得到大幅度提升.
