Network anomalies
I don’t understand why the templates need a network connection. Same templates show multiple times in list and make it where you can’t find what your looking for.

--Payment: After the user confirms the purchase and payment, it will be credited to the iTunes account,
--Cancel renewal: If you need to cancel the renewal, please manually turn off the automatic renewal function in the iTunes/Apple 1D settings management 24 hours before the current subscription period expires.

Too complicated
Too complicated to set up, directions do not reflect what is on screen

So easy to use got the label maker for Christmas and I love it so much I am labeling everything
I already registered and still cannot print a single label.
Honestly, I’m ready to toss the maker and remove the app. It keeps bringing me back to a registration screen which requires money to be paid. I would not have bought this maker if I had known that. I’m going to go back to old technology for label making.
Registration process seems impossible
One registering for an account it only gives you 60 seconds to validate a code that is sent to your email. I have tried it several times and still can’t seem to beat the 60 second timeline. This seems impossible and so frustrating.

Great product
Very easy to set up works great makes labeling everything a simple task
Sleazy
Doesn’t let you print on generic thermal paper. The official paper has rfid so if the generic doesn’t have it, it fake outputs lightly to make it seem like it’s incompatible. Incredibly shady and anti consumer behaviour.
A account should not be required.
This app forces one to create an online account just to store labels. This is very annoying when there is more than enough storage space on my phone to store thousands of labels. Local storage also does not have a privacy document that basically says that they may share your information with anyone they want. This app would be five stars if they allowed local storage of labels without an online account.
