What a waste of money. Hardly used and doesn’t do a thing. No syncing and hardly cleans itself as promised.

One of the world worst products this company make, we bought a Product through Goodferrys we have only used once, and this product stopped charging, when we contact the manufacturer customer care and complain that it is a manufacturing fault, but we have faced one of the uncooperative rude and useless customer care service department. Please never buy anything or any products from this company

Bought this Tineco cordless floor cleaner IPX4 and it started showing the fault “check dirty water tank” and the unit would not function anymore. After going through all the troubleshooting and checking for solutions online and with customer support, I have not been able to repair this unit. It seems that since Godfrey’s here in Australia has gone into receivership and closed down I can no longer repair this unit so I have essentially burned $1200. Tineco has not been helpful either so I will never purchase or recommend this brand again.

Very happy with my machine Although just found out the retailer that sold it to me is no longer covering the warranty!?

Not as good as advertised. The old mop and bucket does a better job. Stopped working after 9 months. No support, no answer to emails, no contact at all from company Tineco.

I absolutely love my Tineco S12 Vacuum absolutely beautiful had it for three years still works it’s magic the suction is still great , as long as you clean it regularly and with great maintenance it will definitely deliver !
