知止，而后有定。

这是一个只问问题的 App。在你即将为孩子做一个决定、心里却拿不准的那一刻，它递给你一个让你愣住的问题——然后，在你日后动摇的时刻，把当初想明白的你，递回给今天的你。

它一个建议都不给。

【它不是什么】
不是育儿百科，不是专家问答，不是打卡社区，不是亲子任务平台。它不输出任何养育建议，不替你做判断，也不给孩子打分。

【你会用到的】
· 问一下——遇事不决时，用一句话说说现在的情况，它只回你一个「否决性问题」：检验一个真实的区分，给你一条否决线。出手、不出手、还是再想想，都由你自己决定。
· 21 天觉察期——每天一个真实场景，先让你表态，再用一个问题击中你。21 天后，生成一份《养育出厂设置》：不打分、不评级，只照出你最容易在哪一类瞬间失守。
· 定——动摇的时候按一下，它不讲新道理，只把你过去写下的决定、理由，和孩子最近扛过去的事，递回给你。用过去想明白的你，说服今天的你。
· 挣扎日志 / 能动性账本 / 语言之镜——用着用着会自己长出来的记录。不催、不打卡、不和别人比。

【三条它给自己的规矩】
1. 用户是家长，孩子永远不接触本 App。
2. 只问，不答。
3. 反沉迷：没有连续打卡、没有勋章、没有信息流。每次会话以「去吧」结束。

【一个会赶你走的 App】
它的成功，是你打开得越来越少、却拿得越来越稳。当它发现你问得越来越少、决策越来越果断，会主动告诉你：你快毕业了。毕业那天，你拿到的是一份完整的记录导出，而不是优惠券。

【关于隐私】
一切家庭记录都存在你自己的手机里。语言之镜记录的那些你对孩子说过的话，原话从不离开这台设备。

【关于 AI】
当你描述一个具体情况、或在觉察期遇到每日一问时，App 会用 AI 为你生成那个问题。AI 在这里只有一个角色：克制的提问者。它被严格限制——只输出问题，绝不给建议、不下判断。

【最后一句实话】
本产品不提供任何答案。如果你想要的是「我该怎么做」，这个 App 帮不了你。它只在你要决定的那一瞬，轻轻拦你一下，递给你一个问题。
