查看门外情况经常连接不上！
家里网络稳定，其他智能家居联网都很正常，就这个凯迪仕门锁，点击查看门外情况时经常显示连接超时，无法查看。设置了提醒门外有人也不会预警提醒，买了后悔。
有很多产品型号都不能连App 太差了
希望快点改进 真的很烦
电池缺失
更新了以后怎么总是提醒电池缺失，我换了新电池都没用

更新后预警视频成了模糊的图片，看门外实时视频只能看2秒钟，视频马上变成图片，体验感越来越差
最垃圾的app没有之一
越更新越垃圾的app活久见，门外实时视频查看连接慢，视频卡顿，画面不动，反应好几个月了，每次更新啥了？深深怀疑你们这个app是一群小学生的水平在维护，养了你们一群吃干饭的混子
多点更新APP
软件更新慢，不能调节摄像头的功能！人需要定很久才可以提醒！
