Great game, though...
The graphics and music makeover they made at some point is just awful. Audio is so bad I had to turn it off. Just use the original graphics & sound! Other than that, great game...

You can then exercise your newfound affluence by investing in the surrounding area--bringing in even more customers and being a good citizen at the same time! Oh yeah!
