從官網商城購買app季vip會員，但莫名又變成免費會員，因為非在app store購買，所以也無法直接用回覆購買來修正。
一個針對講求效率商業人士為目標客群的商業雜誌，這些狀況是不被允許的。

貴刊會員服務功能奇特，信用卡綁定月會員後，等待超過半個工作日也沒開通服務，明顯會員資料庫權限與金流無串接，徒然了內容的可看性、但卻敗在大力宣傳的改版App上，瀏覽過舊版App發現是個使用介面思維停留在早年電子書概念的產品，實在替開發部門捏把冷汗、如果是外包產製的⋯在此替業主默哀三秒。

貴刊不如鼓勵讀者認真購買紙本或者找訂閱窗口聯繫、如同20年前定報紙打電話問贈品與折扣一樣。
